TacoToGo UF: Bringing tacos into the fast food market

01 CONTEXT

As part of Ung Företagsamhet, a Swedish programme for student companies, I co-founded TacoToGo UF and ran it as CEO for a full school year. The concept took tacos out of the Friday dinner and into fast food, built Subway style with customers choosing every filling.

02 MY ROLE

I shared responsibility for the concept, sales, finances and getting the product in front of customers.

03 LEARNINGS

My first time taking an idea all the way to paying customers. It taught me early that a good product still needs a clear reason for people to choose it.
